New Clockmaker Rank

I just wanted to let everyone know that we have a new rank that will be seen around the forum for those members that contribute custom flash clocks.  You will notice different icons and rank titles when they post and in their profile descriptions.  These are the folks that are generous enough to put in the time and effort to create the cool custom clocks that can replace your stock animated wallpapers.

To those of you that see a change in your account rank, please be sure to check your PM's for more information on the change.
