New Phone Glitches Section Added

To help keep other discussions on topic, we have added a section specifically to discuss any and all glitches that you may find when using the enV Touch.  This way threads designed to teach people how to use the phone or discuss specific features in-depth don't get lead off course by complaints of glitching or errors.  Also, people trying to find solutions to serious problems with the phone will be able to narrow their search.
