Hello everyone. All the staff of the env-touch.com team are more than happy to help answer any of your questions that we can but we ask that questions related to the phone, Verizon's policies or any other technical advice be posted to the appropriate boards rather than sending any of us a PM to get your answer. The mods and admins aren't capable of keeping up with PM's from the 4,000+ and growing members of this site. Also, when you ask a phone question privately, you deprive the rest of the community from seeing the solution, should there be one. This post is not directed at any person or group of people. We just want you to remember that this is a discussion forum meant to openly discuss and solve problems and issues with your phone and phone-related devices. Share your questions and answers with everyone so we can all learn a little something extra.
