You don't need Flash 9 for that.  Flash Lite is enable to a certain extent on the enV Touch.  When you go to sites such a m.youtube.com, etc ... they'll play certain content. But for full flash capabilities ... that's pretty much a netbook or a laptop ... even smartphones are to a certain degree held back.
