 Hi,

When I got the phone in may of this year I could transfer my  SD card pix with a card reader to my computer. (VCast media manager).  Now, for whatever reason, I cant.  When I try to it says there are no files to transfer..  I have re downloaded v cast and that didn't work.  I go to tools and usb mass storage it says, "connection failed check cable connection"   Do I have to have the phone hooked up to the computer to do this now?  I didn't a couple of months ago.  Help!  this is the camera I use the most now I can't share the pix I take.

I have never used a card reader.  I just send the pics and vids via Bluetooth.  Give that a shot.

Try this .... from the phone move the pictures you want to transfer to the card. Then try reading the card it should see it. I hope it works for you.
