Just goto Verizon's website and select apps. It's the last one under sports and leisure. As for the data plan I have no idea. I pay $9.99 a month for unlimited date (grandfathered acct) so I couldn't tell ya. I just went to vzw.com and signed into my account. I went to Apps then Sports and Leisure category. I didn't see the NFL Mobile App but  only 4 available apps to download: ESPN MVP, NBA 2 GO, GSPGolfshot, and Playmaker Mobile.
