I think an environment with lots of lighting and contrasting or at least a variety of colors will increase the file size.  About that pic I posted, I didn't use any special code here.  I simply went to the "Attach:" section below, clicked on Browse..., and then Post. I'll take the rain and overcast weather you're having.  In TX, it's been hot and sunny all month (everyday over 100 deg.), except today, Tues., we got some much needed rain and sub-100 deg. weather.    You'll get dry and sunny weather eventually and then can test out my file size theory.
