Hi all. I got this phone as a christmas present and have been playing around with it. Overall I'm liking it! However I have an interesting issue with the video recorded playback. The video works fine when I play it back on my phone but upon transfering the file to my computer (mac) the audio portion is lost! I've played the file using Quicktime and VLC Player. Video is there but audio is missing. Anyone have an idea as to what is going on and how to fix this?!

Are you using the most up to date versions of those vid softwares?  I can't say that I've run into that problem in my 2+ years of owning a Voyager and env Touch.

G'luck!

I believe i'm running the latest versions of Quicktime and VLC. I performed an update on both and nothing come up regarding updates. I still have no audio accompanying the video when i play it on my laptop (mac). My old recorded videos files from my old phone (Motorola W755) is experiencing the same problem! No audio with the video but everything seems to works when played back on the Env Touch. This is wierd because I recorded video on my brother's LG Dare and the video and audio played on my computer! Other media files such as .avi and .mov play back fine on my computer. I think this might be an instance where "it just works on a mac" does NOT apply, LoL. Thanks for the quick response! I'll let you know if i find a solution :-)

That's odd since the W755 vids are doing the same thing, I'm going to guess it's a codex issue.
