video playback stuttering

Anyone else having trouble (i.e. stuttering) playing full length movies (video)?  Below is the specs for an example movie:

This movie will play perfect on an enV2 or if it is converted into shorter (i.e. 20 mins) clips on the enV Touch.  Shorter clips are a problem since it takes six clips to make a single movie and there is no folder option on the SD card.  I have tried various formats and settings but nothing seems to work.
