Let the rest of the community know which downloadable games you enjoy playing on the Touch. Hopefully they pull their heads out of their a**es and make some games available for the Touch screen on this phone. Share your favorite and most hated games so other people don't make the same wasteful download decisions.

I haven't played any but I see that the Touch comes with a Need For Speed demo. I have played it on my iPhone and its a lot of fun. It looks pretty good on the Touch from what I can tell.

My Touch came with Need for Speed, Tetris and Resident Evil demos. Tetris is always a classic.. takes some gettin used to on the touch screen tho but it's nice nonetheless.

At least there are games that work on the touch screen. Damn VZW never bothered to release any games for the Voyager's touch screen.

The demos actually seem to work better on the touch screen than they do the internal. Need for Speed for instance, the car jumps forward and back on the inside screen, but is smooth on the touchscreen. Accelerometer is nice and smooth as well.

Ya that sucked that VZW never made any games for the touch on the Voyager, so we were left with having to make our own over there.haha.

I was addicted to Scrabble on my enV, and immediately dld it on my Touch. It is very, very, very, disappointing and not worth the $8+ for it. Letters are too small, and if you get a blank tile, you have an area the size of a needle point to change it into a letter. I love Scrabble, but not on the Touch.

Anyone bought bejeweled? I heard it doesn't use the whole screen and is super small, but I certainly hope that isn't the case. Also wondering how the multi-player is supposed to work.

Ok, so I'm looking for other games for my env touch. I wanted to know what other platforms are supported by this new phone. So what games on other phones will work for this phone. Thanks!

the only games that will work are ones the vzw offers, other than overwritng your eztip or world clock with flash games.

woah multiplayer on a cell phone game? maybe im not up with cell phone gaming but ive never heard of that I think it's playing against another player on another cell phone. Though I'm not sure how it works exactly, like random people or you maybe can play against a group of friends for a high score, kinda like bejeweled blitz, which would be nice. No idea though, so if someone bought it please review it.

So if it works for another enV will it also work for the touch?

Nope. No game on one Verizon phone can be transferred to another Verizon phone. The only way a Verizon games is getting onto your phone is if you purchase it from them. The only games compatible with the Touch are those that you can browse through from your phone or on VZW's website after you select the Touch as your phone.
If you are asking about the swf games, which I don't think the original enV phones were able to play swf games, then you should be able to install most games that are written in Flash 7 or lower with certain control restrictions limiting the screen on which the games will function correctly.
