Contemplating getting an enV Touch for myself and one for my wife. We're Alltel users all the way back to 1993 and will be changing to Verizon in the next month or so. It's time for a phone upgrade and this one appears to have everything we want and more!

Yeah, our first phone was a Motorola bag phone. It had a heavy battery in the bag and a long curly cord like an old home phone. We always had good service and reasonable prices so we never felt the need to change carriers. The merger is kind of forcing our hand so we'd like to improve our phones during the change.

We currently have LG AX8600s. Before that it was Motorola V60i. I had an LG before the Motorola but I can't recall the model. It was kind of a bar type phone but had a little flip over the lower half to cover the dial pad.

Well, it's now Sat. afternoon and we both have new Touches. Now to personalize these rascals and figure out how to do all these things we never did like texting etc. Cheesy
