Running XP and phone does not want to sync with computer. Bought a memory card and started to drag and drop.  Firmware is ver 5. No problems other than the sync problem. Thought about bitpim. Not an issue since drag and drop does the job. That's why I hadn't checked in in a while. You guys have excellent suggestions.  Handbrake, Any Video Converter, etc.  I will be trying these and seeing which one I prefer. You guys seem to like Handbrake.  Will take Itune videos and try different ones. The easiest one for me to work with wins. I just got an EnV Touch yesterday. I'm having a problem getting the driver to install but I will look around here before I beg for help. I like the phone so far. I had the first EnV and the EnV 2. I'm really disgusted with Verizon for forcing us to pay another $9.99 a month to get a decent phone. Oh well, I will try to make the most of that data.
