Welcome to the site.

You may have been better off using the regular battery for a few days to see if the performance increased as you charged it and then drained it.  Many people have reported that these batteries improve after several charge cycles.

Hey everyone! I'm Josh. Glad to see that there is a forum for the enV Touch. I upgraded from the 2nd Gen enV which I have to say, was one of the most reliable phones i've owned so far! I'm hoping I get the same reliability from this one. Almost made the grave mistake of getting the Voyager. But after searching the internet for a possibile upgrade to the voyager, I came across talk of the touch. I'm glad I had the patience to wait for this one and I have to say that it was well worth it!!

Hi, I'm Aaron and as of today I am now one of you! Just got my env touch in the mail today and am loving it! My last phone was a nokia 6315i so this was quite a big jump that I didn't mind one bit  Smiley

Hey guys! Just got my Touch today and I have to say that it is the most awesome phone Ive ever had! Cant wait for all the cool tricks that are sure to turn up! Speaking of which... anyone know how to make your personal songs ringtones? Thanks alot!!

you can get a program called audacity, its free, and use it to cut the song into the proper length and the right part of the song you want to use, also you can use it to up the gain since the speakers on the phone are on the inside it will help the ringers be easier to hear Smiley
