The image and playback quality was better than any other mobile tv service I have seen but still not worth such an inflated cost.  I'm sure anyone in a job where they got lots of down time and were either allowed to watch it or could sneak it in would love to have a tv.  I personally would think it would make more sense to invest in a tv tuner card and just use orb to stream all of your home cable channels but everyone has different tastes.

O god, don't even get me started on ORB.haha, I tried for soooo long to get orb to stream tv on my phone and probably tried for 2 weeks straight before i finally got pissed off and stopped trying.  I don't know what the deal was.  Maybe it was just the streaming sites that kept going out.  Or maybe i was retarded and just couldn't figure it out.

Glad to have you here Delynnie.  Do you use the Mobile TV feature that often on the Voyager?  I felt that the added cost of the Mobile TV subscription was waayyy too much for the selection that they offered and the limited use I would ever get out of it.
Yes, I use it everyday, on my lunch break, and especially when the presidential
debates ,were going on!  I could probably live without it.  If I can only figure out how Michigan Mobile downloads his movies from videos4blackberry.info/wp/ I won't miss it at all!!  Well maybe a little LOL!
Thank you for the Welcome!

Have you looked into the Orb options?  If you have a tv tuner for your PC and are able to leave your PC on while you're out and about, then you can stream your own cable feed to your phone over the net.

I am probably more like Dark side!  Totally Retarded when it comes to things like computers and well anything tech or geek related!  I get by that is all I do!!
I know my computer is supposed to do something with the TV, but the Hubby and I have never figured out how to make it work!  He is even less computer inclined than I am!  Ha-ha, so I wouldn't have a clue about this ORB thing!!

Hello I'm new...I've never joined a phone forum before but I'd like to get the most out of my investment. I found the link on FB.

I got my phone yesterday, and I'm already having some issues with music and ringtones. I'll check around the site for info.  Hopefully the issues will be resolved with a software update because I really don't want to exchange it.

Thanks for the forum!

Welcome to the site TTCocoPop.  What kind of problems are you having?  I wouldn't expect a software update too soon after the initial launch because it takes time for both VZW and LG to learn about and then fix major issues with the phone's operations.

Hello my name is Marcos and I got the phone yesterday upgrading from a voyager and I love it. the only issue ihave is with the battery not lasting too long. After 3 hrs of going aroun settings and browsing online and texting the battery was out. So I bought an extended battery and so far is holding really good. The battery stick up a little bit but its allright. anyway Thankk You for the site and the voyager site. Smiley
