Hey I'm Joe!

Hey everyone. My name is Joe. I purchased my enV Touch last Friday (June 6th) and it's amazing. But the next day, it started turning off and on by itself. So I returned it and as soon as I got into the parking lot, IT DID THE SAME THING!!!! So I returned it and they told me to go to another Verizon store in my area because they thought they got a bad batch. I did that and there was an over the air software update and it was working for a while and it starting restarting again. I brought it back today and they refunded me my money and said they couldn't sell me another because clearly there's a problem with it. I decided to go to another Verizon store in BJ's about 10 miles. I got one and it seems like it's working fine. So anyways I love the phone so much. I'm 14 and I live in NY.  Upstate. Not  NYC. I love these forums. I used to use the Voyager one. Anyways I hope to be a help and hope you guys can help me too.

Yeah. I'm hoping it'll be fine. The first one started doing this the day after....so if it works tomorrow, then I think I'll be fine

Actually my first phone was V02 and it was fine till the next day. Then I got another (I'm assuming this was V02 as well) and it restarted too. The third one had an over-the-air update when the guy activated it. This was V03. But this one did the same thing. Finally I got one at a Verizon 10 miles away (like I said before) and it had that over-the-air update as well and so far it's been fine. I'm keeping the plastic on it because I'm afraid as soon as I put the screen protectors on, it will start doing it again lol. that's my luck!!!!!!  :
