Hey all,
Just bought the touch yesterday and I'm still getting used to the space bar in the middle haha thought I'd say hi to all and I'm ready to learn all I can about this phone, seems like a great site  Wink

upgraded from the env 2 which had the space bars on the side, I seem to keep hitting the "b" button when I wanna hit the space lol oh well I'll get used to it  Tongue

thats one of the biggest changes in my opinion. I think it is for the better though.

I agree it makes more sense to put it in the middle like a real keyboard, rather than on the side, I never really understood that, but it's going to take a while to get used to thats for sure!!

I can't say for sure because all of my qwerty keyboard phones have had the space bar buttons on the side so that's what I'm used to when texting.

I defintely wouldn't consider that one of the biggest changes though.  I'd say things like the added accelerometer, the music multitasking, the document viewer, and the OTA home software update capability would qualify as some of the biggest changes.  The space bar move is more of a superficial change.

oh i feel everybodys pain here.  lol i constaaaaantly hit the wrong buttons, n's for m's, etc lol.  its taking time but im getting used to it...gradually..

I see where your comin from.
I guess it depends on the user.
I remember borrowing my friend's Env 2 to text or my stepdads Voyager just to mess around and i couldnt type at all becuase space was on sides... just doesnt work for me.
