I have a couple of questions.

1. Does the phone have to be activated ( I have an enV touch but don't use it )

2. Can this phone be unlocked?

3. Are there different roms that can be flashed on it?

4. Is there some sort of an app market for it?

I tried to reativate the phone for my granddaughter to use but big red wanted it on a data plan and said it couldn't be used as a phone only ( she's not old enough to be texting and whatnot ( in my mind ) so it's collecting dust). I thought maybe I could play with it like my rooted droid. Thanks
