I'm new to the ENV Touch as of this afternoon. However, I've been an LG Voyager owner for the last 2 years. So I'm quite used to many of the features of this phone. So far I like the enhancements and improvements. However, I don't quite care for the $9.99 I was charged for a Data Plan, whereas I never needed one with my Voyager. So I upgraded my line to the Verizon Connect Family plan instead.

I love the bigger screens for sure! However, I don't like the lag time of the outside screen between holding your phone to your cheek and then having to enter a PIN or other code. It is quite annoying and wasn't a problem with the Voyager. Wish there was a way to either eliminate the lag or shorten it, but I haven't found a way as of yet.

I must admit it may take some time to get used to the new Qwerty Keyboard layout, since I'm used to having two Space Bar buttons on either left or right side of the keyboard instead of it being in the middle and splitting up the bottom row.

I love the new Music Equalizer options in My Music!  However, I wish that the volume control was still available on the External Touch Screen like it used to be on the Voyager.

Hi! :-) I too was a 2 year Voyager user prior to upgrading.  A couple notes:

For the "lag" you can go to:  Settings and Tools -> Call Settings -> Show Dialpad
Then make sure "All Calls" and "Toll Free" are selected.

:-)

I hear you on the keyboard ... I kept pressing N and X for spaces for about a week.

For the lag when you bring the phone away from your head, you could also calibrate the proximity sensor.  Search for that on this forum and you will find how to do that.

Here's the link for the thread on proximity calibration:  http://www.env-touch.com/phone-glitches/proximity-sensor-fix-calibration/msg8744/#msg8744
