The LG Env Touch (as well as the Voyager) supports microSD at 16GB capacity and higher. The 32GB flash is now available, with 64GB supposedly coming soon. I even read about some (gulp) 2TB development efforts in the microSD form factor.

The Voyager accepts the 32GB card and can access all 32GB (minus the space taken away for the folders and whatnot)? I have only seen confirmation for the 16GB cards. I don't need either one yet but it would be good to know.

have you heard about some of the recent storage breakthroughs? using the same idea as those 3D images on credit cards they can store data in 3 dimensions... sofar they've been able to pack 500gigs on a cd.. they predicted as soon as 2010 storage'll be about 10cents a gig. imagine a 50gb micro sd for $5 haha

They pretty much have to increase memory capacity to keep up with the expanding reach of HD video. I mean, my DVR is capable of recording 90 hours of standard def tv, but if I record only HD programming I'm limited to 20 hours. 20 hours of recording time isn't much between two people that don't like to watch standard definition tv. Go a few days before you get to watch your favorite shows and all of a sudden they are getting deleted to make space before you get to enjoy them.

yeah your probably not gonna find it cheaper than that till about the end of the month i predict. They'll bump out like 32gb or something and lower the 16gb price.
just a prediction

Well that sucks. That link used to point to a MicroSD... I bought one for my storm through that same link. Oh well, I tried...

Another place you can check out for micro SDHC cards is www.newegg.com. Seems like most of the 16gb cards are going for about $50/free shipping. If you're looking at 8gb cards they seem to be around 20 bucks. Oh yeah and a bunch of the cards on there come with adapters for media card readers that don't have microSD slots.
