SSH client for enV Touch

Just got an enV-Touch about a week and a half ago and liking it so far, but the full keyboard (my first phone with one, mind you) is REALLY giving me an itch to SSH into my home computer.  The impression I get is that there is not currently any SSH client that will work with this phone because several days of google searching has been fruitless (I gather that the socket requirenments for such a program is beyond the liberties Verizon is comfortable with giving its users).  Does anyone know for certain if such a program exists and, if so, where I might be able to obtain it? If not, any estimate on the chance of GETTING one anytime in the near future, if at all?
