When I plug my phone into the USB port Windows 7 comes up with an error that it can't detect my device. It shows it as an unidentified device. I have installed the modem drivers & put the phone in modem mode and still no luck. Any help or suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong would be greatly appreciated!!  Smiley

Silly question, but, did you reboot your system after installing the Windows 7 Compatible drivers?

Well I thought I had, anyways...I uninstalled the drivers then rebooted computer then reinstalled them, then rebooted again. Plug up Touch to USB and Windows installed with no errors. Thanks so much for your question, I must not have restarted the 1st time or did something wrong. Thanks for your help!!
