Alright so I was sending over a movie file to my phone via bluetooth but instead of saving it on the micro sd card, I accidently saved it on the phone's internal memory. It wasn't until my phone completely ran out of memory that I noticed my mistake. Unfortunately since the entire movie file wasn't able to sync, it does not appear anywhere within the phone. The only way that I'm able to see it is on my computer through bluetooth. So I was wondering if there was any way that I could restore the phone to it's factory settings?
Edit: Alright never mind, I figured it out. I guess it's located under "security". Everything is all good now, I just need to go and re transfer all of my contacts
