Do you have a microSD card installed in your phone?

OK, so how do I use BitPim to add the wallpapers? BitPim doesn't have the EnV-touch listed as a phone.

Buy a microSD card.  You can buy them for less that $10 and it greatly simplifies the use of your new, expensive phone.

In order to add them using bitpim, you'll have to access the filesystem and drag the files into the proper folder.  I'm sure DarkSide can give you the folder name to look for.

Alright thanks.
Also, I am wondering how to turn the external screen on when I make a call. As soon as the call is connected the external screen shuts off and won't come on unless I open and close the keyboard. Is there a way to get the screen to come back on during a call?

To put wallppapers on your phone through bitpim, go to the filesystem-Brew-Mod-1088 folder, then just drag and drop your picture in the folder.

BitPim is decting the phone as "OtherCDMA Device" and when I click the folder for File Systems it says that there is an error.
