Ok so I currently have the Env2 and my upgrade is now available but im not to sure if I want the Env Touch what do you guys think?

well what are you looking for in a phone? it is only 20 more than the env3 or at least last time I looked. This seems like a solid phone, i have a voyager and love it, this phone has pretty much all the things I would want to add to my voyager

Well i use my phone almost all the time i never leave it behind and I text 24/7. those two are the main things that it needs to with stand for me

well this phone will do that plus full html browsing, you can add movies to it and watch them etc. If all you need is text and talk, I guess the envy3 will do thatfor you as well.

Id say pay the extra $20 and get the touch. Its so much lighter than the voyager and it feels so much more than just a phone. I never really cared for the enV 2. That little bitty screen on the front was a killer. Id say go to a Verizon store and play with it just to make sure your ready for a touch screen.

only thing im not liking about the touch is the battery life....it's pretty ridiculously bad!

seriously, i havent had a problem...ive only had it since early yesterday, but i havent charged it at all yet and i still have 3 bars. and aaron and i have been playing with it nonstop. |

hmm..
for example, last night i fully charged it, took it off the charger around 2am...went to bed around 3.
sent maybe 1 or two texts last night, ok? had it sitting on a table next to me, off the charger, all night....got up at like 1 (yeah late i know lol) , sent two texts, and was down a bar....wtf? howd that happen?
then i sent maybe 10 more (mind you, this is all by using the INTERNAL qwerty), and all ofa s udden i was at 50%!!! what?!?!
then i decided to run downt he battery, since i didnt fully discharge it ever yet....so i played some music....sent many texts, made a phone call...and within like 2 hours it was DEAD 100%....so i fully charged it until like 6pm.....its 2am now, is ent like probably 30 texts and got many back.....4 bars. wtf?
my battery life is really non-consistant and odd lol

how many bars does it display when full? I don't have the touch yet and my voyager has 4 bars when full.

idk jayochs that does sound like a bad battery
from wat ive heard the touchs battery is better than the voyagers, despite there both 950 mah
talk to verizon, perhaps they can replace your battery?

yeah maybe..i mean, it's really sooo weird....like today, ive been sending and recieving many texts ok....and ir ecieved two short phone calls in the AM....phoens been off the charger since last night....adn ive still got 4 bars!! so today, it's great....but yesterday it sucked. i really dont get it
