Ok so on the verizon website it has a side offer deal when u buy the EnVtouch...you can get this deal
" Buy the LG enV TOUCH and Get up to 4 select LG devices of equal or lesser value FREE! "
does any1 have this deal too? my mom, dad, and I are up for our 2 year contact and im trying to convince them to pay for my phone cause they'll be getting 2 lg-versa's for free if i get the touch(all phones cost 100$)...but the only thing im uncertain is ...that is this only an online deal? ifso why does it only have 2 phones you can select from?//if i go to the store can i pick any other lg models of less or greater value or will they not even have this side deal/i will only be able to pick those 20$ crappy lg phones for free xD?
here the link(may be diffrent but my area code is 16870)

I was checking on the available deals for my Father last night and in southern California the deal includes 3 possible phones, the Versa not being included.  I think it was the Glance, the VX5500, and the VX8650.  Whatever phones they have listed are the ones that you would be eligible for with your purchase of the Touch.  I would suggest calling a store to see if they are offering the same deal before wasting the trip.  A lot of the things you see online are only available when you order online.

I wouldn't do this because my uncle and grandfather put their phones on the same plan and got something similar and it racked up their phone bill.

What does that mean Wonki1?  How exactly does getting free phones rack up the bill?

They had to pay the phone off little by little in their phone bill and it was noticeable

Umm, I don't know what the situation was for your family that you are describing but free phones are FREE.  There's no paying them off over time for anything.

You do if you don't have multiple lines active on the plan prior to purchasing the phone but that still has nothing to do with paying off free phones over time.  The free phones are still free as described by the terms of the offer.
