I connected my phone to my computer using the USB Mass Storage feature, i was then in the middle of copying a movie when it stopped copying and my phone turned off.  I then turned it on and tried to use the USB Mass Storage only to find out that my computer cant detect my phone anymore.  Any ideas on what the problem could be.  (My phone is on Modem Mode.)

Sounds serious - maybe a trip to the Verizon store is in order.  A few things I;d try first:

test the card in a USB reader (or another Vz phone if you've got one)

test other cards in the phone

try doing "mass storage" without the card and then disconnect, inster the card and try to connect again.

What USB port are you using?  Frontr of the PC?  Back?  An external hub (try checking the connections)?  The rear ports are best, but any USB port can become a problem if left alone.  try reseating the cable.

Best of luck.

I have a Voyager and am up for upgrade in about 2-3 weeks, and I'm currently shooting for the EnV Touch.
