I just installed a screen protector I bought from an eBay seller ("Protector Gone Wild") last night.  The external screen came out very well.  For the interior screen, I see a couple small bubbles that I'll hopefully be able to "massage" away.  I paid about $5 for it, so it seems like a much better deal than $10-15 ZAGG, etc. want.  The seller actually sent me 2 sets (1 is a backup), for a total of 4 plastic pieces.

i'm currently deliberating between the IS and the PhantomSkinz, because I know the IS, IMO, has this sticky feeling. I was wondering if the PS has the same kind of feel or does it feel smoother than the IS..also is the protection quality about the same? I generally dont scratch up my phones but better safe than sorry.

so i got my phantom skinz in the mail today and i go out and buy the baby wash stuff.   overall i think its so-so  there could be better protection for the corners since those are the main areas that get scuffs from being dropped.  im a bit iffy about the screen piece as well. it dosent feel sticky, but it does feel a bit rubbery, and i can see the adhesive attatched to the screen.  considering taking that piece off and using the verizon screen protectors.   i didnt bother putting on the inside screen piece because i didnt want water that close to my speakers.  the parts that went over the edges were really thin and kind of annoying, and i had a big fight with the chrome covering pieces.

somehow i accidentally touched my battery's water trigger, so half of it is red and the other half is white. so i decided to put a piece of tape over the one on the phone.. then i started thinking, why dont we always tape over it just in case?

overall, im happy with the phantom skinz, but the screen and the little to no protection to the corners of the phone concern me
