version4 is terrible on my phone! just wondering if someone could tell me how to get version 3 back on my phone? thanks for any help.

Well you can try and flash it yourself which might end up with you bricking your phone. Or you can take it to Verizon and see if they will flash it back to 3 for you.

tried the verizon with no results, kid pretty much said they weren't equipped with it because they might "get confused and put the old version on to a customers phone instead of updating"!!! that statement alone shows verizon's attitude regarding the competance of their technicians! If he was telling the truth? just bummed now, when i had version 3 it was almost flawless. now with version 4 it resets all the time and my wallpapers go to default pics every few times the screen locks. very aggrivating!

Yeah, I never had a problem with 3 so I never updated. When you talked to verizon did you talk to the store or the customer support?

have them reflash it, you may have gotten a bad flash, it happens, try that and see iof it helps. Also, try doing *228 option one as well as a hard reboot and see if those help sort out the problems with your phone.

*228 option 2 is to update towers, option one is to program your phone, the techs are supposed to do it when you get it flashed but often forget.
