updated earlier from v08 to 09 without problems. haven't noticed any difference yet. same browser build as before, but i didn't experience any problems with v08. maybe this update was supposed to fix those bugs that others experienced? idk.

Just updated a few minutes ago!  Smiley

worked fine the first time for me.

Edit: oh yeah... this stuff.

LG USB Modem Driver 4.9.7
LG Mobile Support Tool Version 1.0.1.7
Windows XP SP3
1GB Ram

I left the phone on and just took out my SD card, it went off without a hitch. I did backup my contacts just in case though.

Anyone successfully go from 07 to 09 using Windows 7? I'm getting the "Not Support Version" as well. I was able to upgrade my wife's phone from 03 to 07 with my laptop but can't update my phone from 07 to 09.

Wow, they keep upping the versions like there's no tomorrow!  Shocked I'm still at V07 and will give this a shot once my battery is fully recharged.
