vx11kv09 is out now and can be downloaded and installed, vx11kv10 should be out soon.

http://www.lg.com/us/mobile-phones/beta-program.jsp  is the url for the updater software.  Download the updater and run it.  Follow the on screen instructions.  And for all that is good and holy, DO NOT turn off your phone while it is updating.  Doing so will do bad things to your phone.

Actually, the download doesn't work for VX09. You have to take it in to a verizon store.

Actually, the download doesn't work for VX09. You have to take it in to a verizon store.
I thought people were now able to update to V09 from their PC.  Huh?  I know they couldn't when it was first released.

People still report problems with the Downloader VX09 from their pcs. I would say it's just best to take it in the your local Verizon store. That way if they brick it they will replace it.
