There is not option under my phone settings to check for updates. And when I use the LG Updater, it gets stuck on 35% and it says "checking phone model". Someone please help! If I take my phone in to a store to have it updated, do I have to pay anything? And also, do I need an update? My phone says its software is VX11KV03, is there anything more recent? If you are having any problems with your phone like resets (phone turns on/off by itself). Or really any other issues mentioned on Env-touch.com about the V03 firmware, I highly recommend that you take your phone to your local Verizon Store and have it updated to V04. I updated  to ver.4 and wish i didn't, now my phones has all the issues that people complain about. I should of kept version3............BOO on version4 update!
