Updated my phone and daughter phone from 9 to 10 OTA a couple of weeks ago.
Today I tried to do my wife's phone and although she is already at 9, it says "no update available" ...
Just wondering if they stopped 10.

My phone and my daughter's seem to work fine with V10 - with less resets than V9.
Just wondering if anyone else sees V10 OTA available anymore.

Yes they did
Thanks. I wonder if they still do. I'm due for a trip to the local VZW store.

Well, I spoke too soon on my OTA V10 - both my and my daughters phone are resetting more frequently now - not the every 30 sec some have seen, but several times a day... strange the build up over time.. must be some kind of memory leak...?

I did the upgrade a few weeks back to v10 and today the phone started cycling on-off.. Took it to Verizon and they gave me a new phone with version 9 in it..They say they cannot downgrade. The old phone was also having issues with the touch screen. It's nice to have a new phone..Hopefully this one will do better.. I'm on my third one.. since July..

^ That's good, but sux about the hassle. I'm glad I didn't jump to V10, as badly as I wanted to just so I can think of my phone having something in common w/ a Dodge Viper.

I just had my wife's phone updated at a corporate store a couple of days ago. They upgraded it from version 7 to 10. I told the Verizon rep that version 11 just came out. She didn't believe me. I downloaded version 11 right in front of her at the store. She was very embarrassed and didn't know what to say. I told her make sure you let everyone else know that 11 is the latest software and not 10.

Way to go. Should have also told her what problems V10 has created and why V11 came out so soon.

Nice. All too often, the salespeople at the store know less than their customers who frequent the 'net for the latest info.

It's so true. Last time I went into a VZW store, was to update to V09. I had asked if they had V10, or when it would be out and the rep told me he wasn't sure. I mentioned that I had read about it being out or coming out shortly on messageboards such as this one, and he said "You can't trust anything on messageboards or anything like that." I kinda laughed at him a little before leaving. Then in the parking lot, updated OTA to V10. Should have went back in and rubbed it in to that guy. Shows how much they really know about the phones and stuff they sell.

That's funny and would've been funnier if you did go back and tell the guy you have V10.
