My phone updated to v11 without any prompting from me. Came back downstairs after dinner and saw the screen stating that update was complete. Phone was just lying on the desk where it had been all day.

Cool, so is V11 working well for you so far?

Haven't noticed any changes but then I'm not the most observant person in the world. :-) It seems to be working just fine, no unexpected reboots or any other glitches.

I was over at Howard Forums and read that someone spoke to a verizon employee that told them V11 is actually a reversal back to V09 to avoid the V10 problems. I have to find the link and post it. Of course if this is true, why does the system bother to update from V09 to V11? Does anyone have pics of the SW/HW screen from V09 and V11 to compare the stats?

Just checked my wife's v09 phone and the only change is the PRL version. v11 is PRL 51827 and v09 is PRL 51920. The build version on the web browsers are different. The v11 browser is JH17_1213 and the v09 is JA29_1503 but they're both listed as Polaris 7. Hope this is helpful.

That's good to hear that it's working fine.

I made the switch a few days ago. I don't think there are any glitches with this update so I made the plunge.

I've had V11 for a couple of weeks now, and haven't really come across any kind of glitch or anything. I'm thinking that this might be a stable version after all.

The only problem I have had so far with V11 is the reboot when I try to go to or am on the internet. But, at least it is a predictable glitch.

Well, since people are saying V11 = V9, then I'd expect them to have the same stability.
I'm still at V7 and don't see a reason to upgrade since I don't use my phone's browser (no data plan).
