So im working on an issue with the touch screen and wondering if reinstalling or removing firmware for clean update will solve this problem anyone know how to go about this???

Ive been scanning the forum for the past few days an haven't noticed any posts so hopefully someone knows

my issue so far is this
-3rd touch gets updated at VZ store and touch screen gos from like perfect to unresponsive.
-4th touch gets here and before I activate it the screen was fine now its also unresponsive the moment it was activated, like the entire right side of the screen dos stuff for the left an same god with the middle.
-so then i did a restore under the security settings and once it rebooted an the touch config screen came up it worked perfect for a minute lol... wtf.. so thats what got me to think of a firmware reinstall.

well im gona experiment with this bitpim program maybe ill have some luck

recalibrate the phone and see if that solves ur issue.

settings >> touch settings >>calibration

note:  turn it sideways as if you were typing and hit the points with ur thumbs.
