So... I have a problem.

When I ever try to go Get It Now (for games, apps, and whatever...) I get the following message:

"Unable to verify your account information.
Please call Customer Service."

My first thought was maybe we blocked the internet on my phone.
So, we checked, and its not blocked. I don't know what the problem is... Customer Service didn't help any either...

So, do you guys think it would be the firmware, or something else?
I'm running on Version 3 right now, and not sure if I should update, since I've heard some people saying Version 4 is messing up their phones...

You should have made this thread a poll to help you decide whether or not to upgrade to version 4.

I'm sure if this was a poll more would vote for yes

Did customer service transfer you up to an actual tech after they couldn't help you?  There should have been a trouble ticket created for the tech department to solve your issue.  It sounds more like a network issue than anything that would be happening on your phone.

It turns out my parents were lying to me...
They had blocked all purchases on my phone, because I already owed them $200 for an xbox 360... haha.
Anyway, now that I've paid them back for that, they will be unblocking it soon, so its not the firmware.

Also, the app I want is "Tweet-Tweet" which is for Twitter. Does anyone know if that uses Data everytime I use the app, or is it once I by it, I can use it as much as I want?
If I pay for data everytime I use it, I'll just buy a game, and stick to SMS Twitter updates, those are free/text messages...

I found some more information on "Tweet-Tweet" at these sites, but they still don't tell you much about the specifics of usage charges. I did find out that you cannot follow URLs in tweets using this app. They really need to add this option.
