I just called Verizon today and they said they wont have the software for V10 until next week. OTA wont work for me because it's flashed to Cricket.  I'm hoping they don't refuse to update a flashed phone.

I couldn't believe it when I read V10 was OTA.  I installed it yesterday with no issues and have had no problem with intermittent reboots on the web.  For s&g's I checked for my wifes enV3 that I upgraded a few months back to V06 and to my surprise OTA to V07.  Could this be the end of having to connect to the net to upgrade?  My thought is that there will be few if any updates, but OTA is sooo nice.

Upgrade from V09 to V10 was quick and easily accomplished OTA.   Unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue of intermittent reboots when initiating the browser.

I guess I'll got to a VZW store next week when they'll supposedly have V10 available at the store.

Is the in store update better than the OTA update? If so, can the OTA update be overwritten at a Verizon store?

I assume it's the same update, but apparently OTA update to V10 only can happen if the current version is V09.  In my case, it's V07.  So I was thinking rather than updating from V07 to V09 at the store and then OTA'ing to V10, I might as well just wait 'til the store gets V10 and go straight from V07 to V10.  It shouldn't make a difference, but I'm in no rush since I don't use the browser (no data plan).
