CptTom Executive Staff Cookies: +0/-0 Offline Gender: Posts: 209 Re: version 5? « Reply #75 on: December 03, 2009, 10:20:19 PM » bbun, I had the same problem at first.  Make sure battery is at 100% charge.  That was my issue.  Other problems may be the driver, but every time you run the progy, it reinstalls the driver.  Try a different usb port.  I have heard that can be an issue.  Try another 'puter with a different os if you can.  Worked fine for me on W7x64.   I updated my touch and wife's env3 on it.
