That is a nice theme. I like the Chocolate Touch one.

I do hope V08 or V09 comes out soon as that browser seems mighty nice compared to the current one. The current one will load a page from a site then get stuck loading for a while and never load.

If only they could find a way to use the micro SD memory for the browser......

saw that the touch was back on the updater last night with v7 so its promising but I agree that they will most likely just do v9 when they get the bugs worked out!

I don't think theres any changes made. Like 3 people we're getting the update when I was, 2 of which had problems, 1 restarted after just opening the browser. Mine's been good it did restart on me once. But I've been playing around with the new browser alot and it seems pretty stable. ALOT better then what we had. So even if i have to deal with the occasional random reboot, think about this way..atleast your not on V02 like the friend I took with me to get the update. I'd shoot my phone if it moved that slow.  Lips Sealed

So, the only change people have noticed is with the browser?  Since I don't surf w/ my phone, I'll probably pass on this update unless there's a compelling reason (other than browser) to do so.

I think it may be a little more stable than V07, I haven't had any weird restarts since I upgraded. (Then again, V07 was stable for about the first two weeks too, so who knows)

Thanks.  I'm just a little scared to upgrade to V08 after the problems people had with it.  Maybe it's stable now and worthwhile to upgrade from V07. Smiley

Edit:  I tried to update with the LGMobile Support Tool, like I did to V05 and V07 but it's telling me "Software update is not supported for this model."  Oh well - looks like I'll have to go to the store. Sad

Went to the store this afternoon and got V08 in less than 30 minutes.  No random reboots or glitches that I've picked up on thus far.  I haven't sat down to fully try out the new browser, but I'm sure I will tomorrow morning on my way to work.

I have a 3 mile drive to the bus stop, then a 40 minute bus ride.

I just updated to v07 last night using the LG Update Utility.  I see that a couple of you said you got v08 through the same utility.  When I plug my phone in, it tells me that v07 is the most up to date...Any thoughts?
