Just an update.  Exchanged my phone today, and it was fully loaded with V04.

Where do people download these new updates?

I tried that LGMobile Support tool. To update, but on their site, and in the program itself,  the Touch isnt on that list of supported phones.

LG pulled the support for the enV Touch from their Website after too many people were having problems w/ it.  So your best bet is to go to the VZW store and do it or ask one of us to send you the original file LG had on their site.  Hopefully V05 is not too far around the corner to address these many glitches that apparently still exist.

It fixed a bunch of glitches on it. A few things I know is that it fixed the T9 wording and it fixed the web browsing phone shutdown glitch. My phone hasn't had any of those problems before and thats because mine came with v04.

i grabbed the updater tool when it was working for the phone.. since then i've had a warranty replacement.. but the original file doesnt allow update now.. does anyone have a shareable version 4? the verizon store near me makes you check in.. and wait around for a long time before they even ask what you want.. with my work schedule it seems like ill never get it done.. wasted lunches tryin.. and when i get off work.. they tell me.. "sorry we are closing in 30".. or an hour.. and wont help me..

or is it likely they will eventually offer it FOTA?
