I had downloaded the newest/latest version of BitPim (20090805test, or something like that). Anyway, when my phone was plugged in via USB data cable and BitPim (or BP, for short) recognizes my phone's COM port number (could be anywhere from 1 to 60, or whatever)... it crashes, and then I have to remove the battery and then my phone is back to normal. What gives? Is this a bug/glitch? I was afraid that I'd have to buy a new phone after this event happened. Help? Thank you very much!
For now, I have unistalled BP so this event doesn't happen repeatedly until this issue can be resolved.
Oh yeah... my current phone is the LG EnV Touch (LG VX11000), firmware version V04.
