So far it's perfect. Do you need to download anything special to my computer to connect it to the computer. Also, how can I put music from iTunes to my phone. I also do NOT have a memory card. I decieded to use Windows Media Player (looked on vzw.com and I had some of the songs on my ipod on there too. I downloaded a few to my phone and it worked. It turned off my phone, so you have to turn it back on though..
