Hello,

After getting the full Need for Speed game and steering the cars by tilting the phone, I've noticed something odd...

For the car to go straight,  I must hold the phone a bit off level - if I hold the phone straight, the car veers to the right...  Didn't find any setting or adjustment in the service menu...

Has anyone else noticed such behavior, and - is this something you'd request an exchange for - I've only had the phone about two weeks.

well since you had the phone for two weeks (which is just 14 days out of you 30 days of being able to return the phone) it will be okay to return the phone and get a new one.

Really ... ?   Did not realize there was a 30-day exchange option... thanks for the information! Just take back to a verizon store?  (I did the upgrade online via verizon's website)

yes, it is the 30-day trial that the person gets when they dont like the phone they have. the person will have 30 days to decide if they like the phone or not.

Hey Cheese,

Thanks a lot for your help!  I did go back to the local Verizon store on Friday.  The techs there were awfully rude and condescending; I had to aggressively push my case, and it almost took my asking to speak with a manager to get the phone replaced, but replace it they did - grudgingly.  They were rude with the other customers too - you'd think they'd want to actually do a good job...

But the good thing is that the new phone hasn't shut down at all.!  A big improvement, thanks again for your advice!
