So when I try to edit a picture the little white box to select my cropped portion will only move up and down around the picture and not left to right.

My brother's env touch's cropping feature works perfectly.

Any suggestions?

Zoom in more? Or maybe the picture is narrow and there's no where for it to 'move'? I'd put the exact same photo/file on your brother's phone and see if his does (or doesn't) do the same. If it works on his and not yours with the same exact photo/file, then call Verizon and ask them why. If you don't like what they tell you, just hang up and call back. I usually do this until I get the answer that I'm looking for.

ha i should.  It's definitely a glitch because I tried the same pic on both phones thing... it just doesn't want to move left or right on mine no matter how much space it has to move.  crazy phone.

don't feel left out with this problem. i've been having it since i got the phone. i thought it was just how the phone operated. i'm going to take it back soon because this isn't the only problem i've been having. Sad

I haven't been able to crop pictures myself, I can't seem to find a way to adjust the "box" size to crop whatever part I want of the picture.
