Replacing EnV Touch

So I've had the LG EnV touch for about 6 months now...this past month though my phone has been shutting off on its own, got white screen, can't unlock screen, etc.(alot of problems) I wanted to know If I am able to exchange it for a new one (same phone)..I ordered it online so I still have the box and papers and all that...how can I do this? I am still on the manufacture warranty. I don't have the verizon monthly warranty though. Will they be able to replace this for free? I dropped my phone once and it kinda scratched the corner nothing big so hopefully I am able to replace it...What do I got to do? Thank You

At six months I think you're still under manufacturer's warranty, take it to the store and show them the glitches. Just a word of caution, if either of your moisture stickers are red (aka there was exposure to liquids) they wont be able to do anything for you.

You'll probably get a refurbished phone and not a brand new one. Good luck.

At the store as long as you're under manufacturer's warranty, you usually get a newbie. If you're "iffy" or over mail ... that's when you're likely getting stuck with an "As New" refurb.
