I have tried turning the phone off then on: Didn't work! I have tried pulling the battery out while phone was on: Didn't work! Please help! I don't know what else to do beside take it to verizon...don't really want to. Each time I've just asked the sender to resend the message and it has worked. I'm not sure what the source of the problem is, but it has happened both on this phone and on my old original EnV. My girlfriend has an EnV 3 and it's happened once on hers as well. I'd guess that it's a problem with VZW's delivery system and not something wrong with your phone. Ditto.  At first I thought it was a resolution problem, but it's happened both ways now, so maybe the file gets corrupted if there's a hicup on the transmission.
