flickering screen warranty length

Well the phone started working again. Except that the external send and mic/back buttons don't work. I called the warranty center they talked me through a reboot that did not solve the problem. But, The person told me that I am covered and can pick up a replacement phone at a local Verizon store tommorrow. There seems to be an abundance of re-furbed replacement ENV Touches in my area. I asked the rep if that was a good or bad thing for the Touch. She said  it is good that they have a lot of refurbs in stock it means they aren't replacing that many.  Oh well, I'll see how this turns out.

Thanks, Actually the new replacement works except that not much later than I got it home it shut itself of and back on. It has done this twice today. The returned phone did this occasionally to so I am not too surprised by it. Hopefully this will not happen too often.
