hey everyone,

i recently have had a problem with my env touch.  i had it charging while i was sleeping and when i woke up it read.."Downloading... Do not Unplug!!" so i left it there.  But when i came back a couple hours later it was still on that screen.  So i took the battery out and put it back in and rebooted it.  Only this time it froze on the verizon screen, when i plugged it back in it went straight to the "Downloading.... Do Not Unplug!!" Screen again.

any ideas as to what to do/what went wrong?
