Hi!

I've had my phone for a couple of weeks now and have been noticing some movement at the hinges when the phone is closed.  At first I thought it was the cover but just got a new one and am still experiencing it.  Is this normal or something I should look at getting a return for.  It bugs me but I'm more worried that it's going to get worst.  Any one else have this issue?  Thanks!

I don't have that issue.  Hinges are tight.  Could be a number of things. You may not have a new phone or you did something to it.  I don't know.  What I would do though is take a real good look at it and decide if you think it will only get worse or create an issue.  If so, take it back.

I've gone through 3 env touch's so far, all my fault, and the refurb did have a funny wiggle to the hinges.  the first and current (third) feel certainly sturdier.  If the wiggle progresses, take it to the store, see if they'll replace it on site.

As far as I know it's a new phone.  I wouldn't be too happy if they gave me a used one for the new price.  My worry is it will get worse.  It's actually one hinge.  Thanks for the advice.  Maybe I'll call the store.

Your phone is new if that helps any.  The hinge problem is a result of poor quality control where these phones are manufactured.

I went through 5 replacement phones in Dec, with each refurb having its own flaw.  Two of them had hinge movement, one slight and one really bad.  They finally gave me a brand-new phone, and that one has slight hinge movement too.
