You may not have a new phone or you did something to it.  I don't know.  What I would do though is take a real good look at it and decide if you think it will only get worse or create an issue.  If so, take it back. I went through 5 replacement phones in Dec, with each refurb having its own flaw.  Two of them had hinge movement, one slight and one really bad.  They finally gave me a brand-new phone, and that one has slight hinge movement too.
