Hi patrick.braelinn.
I had the same problem with the Voyager (VX10000). My solution was to install the VCast Music app then first execute a sync from the Voyager, not the computer.
Here are some suggestions:
A.
V Cast Music Sync Patch
http://us.lge.com/md/product/vcast_promotion.jspFile is attached. Please visit the above link for procedural details.
Requires the latest Windows Media Player be installed.
B.
1) Please install the latest VCast Music software if you have not--
http://www.vzam.net/vcastmusic/It has been updated in recent months to incorporate Rhapsody.
2) Reboot the Vista computer.
3) Connect the enV Touch using the USB cable. (This assumes the USB drivers are installed and the phone is recognized by Vista. If not please try the attached drivers).
4) Launch the music player using the enV Touch. Do not use the Vista computer.
5) Now invoke a sync from the enV Touch music player.
Again, the above was the trick for my VX10000, so it should work for the VX11000.

Also, there is a driver package that is documented to support Vista, in addition to the Windows installer WHQL version 4.9.4.
Both files, and instructions for the .zip package, are attached to this post.
After you extract 'drivers.zip' note that there is a 'XP & Vista' sub folder containing Vista drivers for LG phones.

Otherwise, there is a hotfix at the Microsoft site for the MTP driver. Please PM me for the location, but I don't anticipate that being necessary.
Please try again and report back with success!
