Phone Randomly Resets Settings to Original.

I've only had the phone for 3 days and it's done this 3 times. I turn it off a lot when I'm not using it to save the battery, but once a day when I turn it on, the phone resets itself to all of the original settings, taking off my lock and changing the code to 0000, putting my volume all of the way up again, putting the shortcuts and wallpapers back to the original. Anyone had this problem? I've searched it, but I can't find any solutions.

i would just say that you have a jacked up phone! just go talk to verizon, im sure they will support you with another phone.
